Profession (Job Category): Human Resources Job Schedule: Full time Remote: No Job Description: Responsibilities: Provide high quality immigration consultation and respond to queries from Hitachi Asia business units and group companies Take the lead in managing Singapore immigration case cycle, handling immigration issues, and analyzing individual immigration cases Identify areas of redundancy and process improvement for optimal processes execution Create documents and announce immigration updates, new policies and procedures in Southeast Asia Conduct research, develop project-based services, and coordinate tasks with our business units and group companies Contribute country-specific insights in areas such as housing, education, tax and immigration into the mobility program Help create new service offerings and act as a project leader for new service implementation Counsel assignees on a broad range of mobility topics, such as payroll, benefits, taxes, immigration, and relocations Coordinate relocation logistics, which may include, but are not limited to: home search, visa applications, tax reporting, and expatriate payroll Ensure Hitachi adheres to all immigration compliance and laws, and conduct audits Prepare secondment agreements, international assignment letters, and contracts Conduct meetings and training sessions with relevant parties
