Responsibilities: · Bring strong domain understanding and project controls knowledge to clients in the Capital Projects industry to deliver business value. · Support delivery of large capital project engagements by contributing to planning, scheduling, governance, and PMO frameworks. · Assist in setting up and managing PMO frameworks, project dashboards, RAID logs, risk registers, and meeting cadences. · Apply knowledge of project lifecycle stages – engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning – and assist with schedule alignment across these stages. · Prepare project reports and dashboards to support client decision-making. · Engage with clients in the Capital Projects domain to understand business needs and define tailored solutions using industry-standard Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools. · Lead or support end-to-end implementations of PPM tools like Unifier, Aconex, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), Hexagon EcoSys, Procore, etc. Participate in workshops, walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept sessions to define, refine, and validate project planning and governance approaches. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (required). · MBA or master’s degree in management, Project Management, BIM Management or a related discipline (preferred). Certifications in PPM Tools, CIPS, CPSM, PMP would be a plus Experience: · 4 – 12 years of experience in Project Management, PMO setup, and Digital Tools implementation within Capital Projects. · Experience in working with planning and scheduling tools like Primavera, MS Project, Procore, Unifier, Hexagon EcoSys or similar applications. · Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting is preferred. · Experience working in cross-functional teams and direct client-facing roles in a consulting or client advisory environment. · Knowledge of project controls and digital enablers in construction/engineering projects is a plus. PMP certification or working towards PMP/Prince2 will be an added advantage. Key Competencies and Skills: · Strong understanding of capital project workflows, including cost control, schedule management, procurement, and document control. · Understanding of PMO frameworks including governance, stakeholder management, change control, and risk management. · Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple stakeholders in complex project environments. · Ability to derive insights from data and generate reports that influence project-level decisions. · Good communication and presentation skills for interfacing mid-level senior-level stakeholders.
