This role requires a blend of strategic analysis, regulatory navigation, cross-functional coordination, and project execution to ensure each new country is launched efficiently and integrated seamlessly into the organization’s global ecosystem. ### Key Responsibilities **Market Entry & Feasibility** - Conduct comprehensive market research for target regions. - Prepare country entry business cases and present recommendations to leadership. **Regulatory & Licensing** - Lead license and permit applications with local regulators and authorities. - Liaise with external consultants, legal firms, and government agencies to ensure full compliance. - Maintain a repository of entity documents and regulatory updates. **Entity Setup & Operations** - Oversee entity formation, bank account openings, and hiring setup in new markets. - Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Operations, and HR to achieve go-live readiness. **Localization & Product Readiness** - Manage localization projects, ensuring that app/website, payment methods, and customer care channels are adapted to the new country. - Partner with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver localized experiences. **Tracking & Reporting** - Monitor expansion milestones, risk logs, and budgets; report progress weekly to leadership. - Maintain dashboards and trackers for all ongoing and upcoming markets. **Post-Launch Integration** - Ensure newly launched entities are fully integrated into global governance, reporting, and compliance frameworks. - Partner with internal stakeholders to align accounting, HR, and operations processes. ## Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Economics, or related field. - 4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably involving entity setup, compliance, or multi-country operations. - Exceptional project management and stakeholder coordination skills. - Comfortable working across multiple time zones and functions. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English. ## Apply [Apply at ](https://apply.workable.com/webook/j/E5F09468ED/apply) --- Powered by [Workable](https://www.workable.com)
