Google Ads Demand Gen Manager

Job description

About us: BetterMe — an all-in-one well-being ecosystem empowering millions to become better — physically, mentally, and emotionally. We build what makes people better and keep challenging ourselves to inspire others. We are scaling and our specialists are leveling up. Now we’re looking for a Google Ads Demand Gen Manager to join our team. Your impact: Plan, launch, and scale large-scale Google Ads campaigns with a strong focus on Demand Gen. Drive the video creative direction for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns — creative testing, performance analysis, and hypothesis generation. Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, competitor, and creative research to identify growth opportunities. Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business impact. Collaborate with motion designers and creative teams, create clear briefs to develop high-performing creatives. Analyze campaign and creative performance, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements based on data insights. Shape and implement user acquisition strategies focused on performance and scalability. About you: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns. Strong experience working with Demand Gen campaigns within the last year. Proven track record with large budgets and campaign scaling. Deep understanding of video-first advertising approaches, especially for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns. Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis. Confident work with the creative side of performance marketing campaigns and scaling acquisition strategies. Intermediate level of English or higher. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Results-oriented mindset with clear business and performance focus. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives proactively. What you get at BetterMe: A mission that inspires. Every line of code, every design, every idea helps millions of people become healthier and more confident. Trust without micromanagement. You manage your time and make decisions independently.
