We leverage the power of digital assets and blockchain to build an inclusive financial ecosystem to advance the freedom of money and improve financial access for people around the world. ### Responsibilities - Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regulators and government authorities across priority APAC markets - Establish and nurture Binance's presence in regional financial industry bodies and associations, leveraging existing memberships or building new affiliations - Engage local GR agencies and advisory firms to secure access to senior regulatory conversations in markets where direct relationships are not yet established - Represent Binance in stakeholder meetings, articulating the company's positioning and gathering intelligence on regulatory expectations and market access requirements - Own the full contract lifecycle for Government Relations vendors and consultancy partnerships - Manage P&L for the APAC GR function, ensuring all engagements are compliant and properly documented - Partner closely with the Legal/Policy team to ensure a seamless handoff on substantive regulatory and policy matters ### Requirements - Proven background in government relations, public affairs, or policy advisory — ideally within a regional agency or consultancy operating across multiple APAC markets - Demonstrated ability to open doors and secure conversations with senior regulators, even without pre-existing personal relationships - Existing membership in or working relationships with regional financial industry bodies and associations - Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly in unfamiliar environments - High comfort level with administrative and operational responsibilities, including vendor management, contract oversight, and budget tracking - Willingness to travel across APAC
