Graphic Designer Administrative Support Worker - University of South Carolina

Job Description The Graphic Design Assistant is responsible for assisting the Marketing team with administrative tasks including; creating print and digital materials, social media, and signage. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs Job Responsibilities • Create print and digital materials including flyers, brochures, posters, social media graphics, menus, signage, presentations, and promotional collateral. Maintain quality standards throughout the design and production process, ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and professional presentation. Support marketing campaigns, meal plan promotions, events, and operational communications. Capture and edit high-quality photography of food, dining locations, and people. Manage project workflows, timelines, approvals, revisions, and feedback. Maintain organized electronic files and project documentation. Coordinate production, ordering, and distribution of marketing materials as needed. Support additional graphic design needs at the regional or corporate level when requested. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications • Prior graphic design experience preferred • The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and attention to detail • Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms Education About Aramark Our Mission Rooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.
