Graphic Designer - MarketingTeam

Job description

Labhouse is a fast-growing startup that builds, launches, and scales its own AI & Productivity Apps, operating under a subscription-based business model. Based in Barcelona, Labhouse was founded by Andrés Bou and Horacio Martos (Co-Founders of SocialPoint). We operate at the intersection of mobile technology, AI, and product-driven growth, with a strong focus on experimentation and performance. Would you like to make an impact as part of a company that builds the best mobile apps used by millions of users worldwide? If so, discover your next challenge below. # **About the Role:** As an **Graphic Desginer**, you'll design the visual assets that help our apps stand out, attract downloads, and convert users — from app icons and screenshots to promotional banners and store feature graphics. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Content to craft visuals that boost engagement, brand identity, and growth. It's a unique opportunity to make a direct, visible impact on products used by thousands (and soon millions) of users worldwide. ## What You'll Do - Design app store assets (icons, screenshots, promotional banners, videos) to maximize visibility, downloads, and conversion. - Collaborate with Marketing to create ad creatives and social media visuals aligned with store campaigns. - Develop and refine logos, branding elements, and style guides for our apps. - Produce in-app graphic assets (illustrations, images, UI elements when needed). - Ensure consistency and high quality across all visual touchpoints. - Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Marketers to support product launches and growth. ## About You ### Academic Background - Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field — or equivalent experience demonstrated through your portfolio. ### What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong background in digital design. - A broad portfolio showcasing high-quality digital work — branding, campaigns, illustrations, UI elements, or other digital products — that demonstrates strong artistic sensibility and craft. - Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant tools. - Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail, typography, and composition. - Ability to adapt style depending on product and target audience. - Genuine adoption of AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Veo3, Kling, Runway) as part of your daily workflow. ### Communication - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Content). Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. ## Nice to Have - Experience with ASO (App Store Optimization) and app store visual assets. - Experience designing for mobile products or mobile-first brands. - Experience designing app icons. - Experience creating video assets, motion graphics, or animations for app stores or campaigns. - Familiarity with performance marketing design (ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.). - Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments. # **What we Offer:** - Hybrid work from Barcelona, 2 days a week in the office. Could be 100% remote from Spain for a candidate with a really strong fit. - Flexible working hours. - High-end equipment for your development. - Permanent contract with competitive compensation. - A young and top entrepreneurial team in a dynamic startup environment. - Opportunity to lead, grow, and take on big challenges. - Work with cutting-edge technologies, including the chance to integrate AI models into new apps. # **Hiring Process** 1. **TA Interview** – Initial conversation to get to know each other and understand your background. 2. **Technical Case** – Practical exercise to assess your product, analytical, and strategic capabilities. 3. **Team Interview** – Deep dive into your product thinking, experience, and fit with the team. # **You should Know:** Labhouse is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. However you identify or whatever your journey to this point, we welcome all candidates to apply for the position that inspires them. Come join us and help us build a company that everyone is proud to be part of.
