We are looking for a senior Graphic & Motion Designer to join our team at FTMO. In this role, you will be the driving force behind global campaign production. You won't be starting from a blank canvas; instead, you will take approved creative strategies and key visuals and transform them into top-tier, high-performing assets for millions of users worldwide. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where execution, brand consistency, and dynamic motion blend seamlessly, this is the role for you. ## ## What can you expect? - **Lead Campaign Adaptation & Delivery:** Take approved key visuals from the creative strategy team and build out a high volume of global campaign assets. Roughly 70% of your time will be dedicated to digital ad adaptations (including motion formats for performance marketing) and 30% to graphic design for smaller creative projects and assets. - **Motion & Visual Execution:** Bring static campaigns to life. Adapt graphic assets into dynamic motion pieces for META, Google, and YouTube, utilizing narrative pacing, kinetic typography, and modular MOGRT templates in After Effects. - **Maintain Brand Excellence:** Work strictly within established brand guidelines. Apply your creative flair to ensure every single asset is polished, elevated, and format-perfect (Note: this is an execution and adaptation role, not a ground-up conceptual role). - **Mentor & Support:** Act as a senior guardian of brand quality and visual consistency. Share your know-how, review outputs, and help mentor less experienced designers on the team. - **Scale with AI:** Effectively utilize generative AI tools to speed up your workflow, scale asset generation, and handle post-production tasks more efficiently. - **Great Design Team:** Collaborate and share your know-how within a team of experienced designers who are intensely focused on both top-tier visual quality and workflow efficiency. ## What do we expect from you? - **Senior Design Experience:** 5+ years of experience in Graphic design and Motion design. - **Showreel & Portfolio:** A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual execution, precise ad adaptation, and motion graphic capabilities. - **Workflow Efficiency & AI:** Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, Magnific, Higgsfield) to accelerate workflows and improve production efficiency without sacrificing quality. - **Toolbox Mastery:** Expert proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite—specifically Photoshop and After Effects. - **Motion Graphics Overlap:** Solid working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation. Experience with Premiere Pro is a strong plus. - **Professional Attributes:** A high level of autonomy, excellent organization, strong attention to detail, and the ability to elevate designs while strictly adhering to established brand guidelines. - **Language:** Fluent English is a must (both written and spoken). ## **What will be a plus?** - **Platform Best Practices:** Deep understanding of advertising best practices and format specifications for platforms like META, Google Ads, TikTok, and X. - **Project Tools:** Experience managing tasks and workflows within JIRA and Asana. - **Sound & Video:** Basic understanding of visual continuity, sound design (EQ, timing voiceovers), and crafting a strong "hook" for the first few seconds of a video. ## **Why join the FTMO team?** - We are a Czech fintech that, since 2015, has **grown from an idea into a global project**. 🚀 - **300+ amazing teammates**.
