Job Overview We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and hands-on Graphic & Video Designer / Social Media Content Producer & Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who understands how to transform ideas into engaging content for social media, with strong skills in design, short-form video production, and social media management . Key Responsibilities Content Creation Design high-quality static and animated graphics for social media platforms Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories, etc.) Create promotional, branding, and campaign visuals Develop creative concepts and storyboards for content ideas Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual outputs Video Production Shoot, edit, and produce videos for digital campaigns and social platforms Add captions, animations, transitions, effects, and music Optimize content format for each platform’s requirements Social Media Management Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across platforms Write engaging captions and collaborate on content calendars Monitor performance, engagement, and trends Suggest improvements and new creative approaches based on analytics Collaboration & Execution Work closely with marketing and content teams Participate in brainstorming and campaign development Manage multiple projects with deadlines Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media content Proficient in tools such as: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar) CapCut, Final Cut, or other modern editing tools Strong experience of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Must reside in Jbeil & surroundings or be willing to commute daily to our Byblos office Be part of a fast-growing , creative, and impact-driven consultancy Learn directly from marketing experts and get exposed to real market challenges A work environment that supports growth, mentorship, and innovation Brights Business Consultants () is a dynamic marketing and business consultancy based in Jbeil, Lebanon, serving clients in Lebanon and internationally.
