Flexible Work. **This is not gig work.** Buncha is hiring **full-time Flex Shopper & Delivery Drivers** to support grocery shopping and delivery operations across the **Twin Cities**. As a Flex team member, you’ll support different aspects of Buncha’s operations based on daily demand. Some days, you may focus on shopping orders in-store, while other days, you may spend more time driving and delivering customer orders. We’re looking for dependable, adaptable team members who are comfortable jumping in wherever help is needed most. --- ## Pay & Benefits - **Average earnings:** $22–$28/hr *(hourly pay + tips)* - **Full-time W2 employment** - **PTO + Medical, Dental & Vision benefits** - **Paid training** --- ## What You'll Do - Shop and stage grocery orders using the **Buncha app** - Deliver Buncha marketplace orders - Support different stores throughout the Twin Cities based on operational needs - Switch between shopping and driving responsibilities throughout the shift - Provide friendly, reliable customer service during deliveries - Help maintain smooth day-to-day store and delivery operations Depending on daily operational needs, deliveries may be completed using either a **Buncha refrigerated delivery van** or **your personal vehicle**. Store assignments are provided by our dispatch team, and you may support multiple locations in a single day. --- ## What We’re Looking For - Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and customer service skills - Comfortable using apps and navigating routes - Able to adapt quickly as business needs change - Comfortable staying active throughout the day --- ## Requirements - Must be **21+** - Valid **U.S. driver’s license** with a clean driving record - Personal vehicle in good working condition with valid auto insurance - Able to pass **background and insurability checks** - Able to lift **50+ lbs** and remain active throughout the shift - Reliable transportation between store locations - Prior grocery, retail, warehouse, or delivery experience preferred --- ## About Buncha Buncha is building a more affordable, sustainable, and community-driven way for neighborhoods to receive groceries and household essentials.
