- Proven ability to coordinate with airlines, ground handling companies, PRM providers, fuel stakeholders, operational authorities, and airport departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting tools
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Additional professional certifications, specialized training, or industry qualifications related to airport operations, ground handling, PRM services, emergency planning, aviation compliance, customer service excellence, or quality management systems will be considered an advantage
