**FII USA, Inc.,** a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a **Grounds Lead** to support the Facilities Department by coordinating and performing daily maintenance activities for campus grounds, roadways, parking lots, walkways, and outdoor areas. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks in an outdoor facilities environment and have the opportunity to display leadership, safety awareness, and problem-solving skills to support campus operations. The **Grounds Lead** serves as a working lead for the grounds team, assisting the Roads & Grounds Supervisor with daily coordination, task execution, and on-the-job guidance. This role provides operational leadership and support but does not have formal supervisory authority.
