Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards across all operations. What you bring: 15+ years of professional culinary experience, including senior leadership roles within hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle hospitality concepts. Proven experience leading large kitchen brigades of 30+ team members. A strong track record in opening new restaurants, hotel F&B outlets, or hospitality concepts. Extensive experience developing and implementing food concepts and menus. Experience training and developing culinary teams across multiple locations. Strong knowledge of menu engineering, recipe costing, food cost control, and operational budgeting.
