Job Description As Senior Manager, GBS - FP&A Global Excellence , you will be a key member of the GBS Finance organization, driving operational excellence, standardization and transformation across FP&A processes globally. You will report and support the FP&A Global Process Lead in defining the strategic roadmap, lead cross-functional initiatives, implement best practices and ensure consistency in financial processes. Your role will span policy development, tool optimization and the identification of GBS expansion opportunities, with a strong focus on efficiency and value creation. Primary Responsibilities 1. Strategic Partnership & Transformation Collaborate closely with the FP&A Global Process Lead to develop and execute the FP&A strategy within GBS; Provide thought leadership on process innovation, future operating models and transformation priorities; Analyze industry benchmarks and internal performance data to recommend improvements that align with company objectives ; 2. Service Delivery & Stakeholder Management Design, lead and implement standard global FP&A processes, templates and best practices across business units and regions; Drive harmonization efforts in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis; Support and maintain global process documentation, SOPs and training materials; 3. GBS Expansion & Continuous Improvement Identify and assess opportunities for further migration of FP&A activities into the GBS model; Support transition planning and operational readiness for new GBS deployments; Assist continuous improvement initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies; 4. Policy Design & Governance Define and implement global FP&A policies and ensure alignment with corporate finance standards; Establish controls and governance frameworks to monitor adherence and compliance to FP&A processes; Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit and Controllers to ensure consistency across policy execution; 5. Technology, Tools & Ownership Act as a functional owner (when applicable) or co-owner of FP&A tools (e.g. planning systems, reporting platforms); Collaborate with IT, Digital Finance and external vendors on tool enhancements and issue resolution; Champion automation and digital solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload; Qualifications 1. Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) or Finance certification (CFPA, CFA, CPA, CMA) are plus; 2. Experience 10+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Controllership, Process Excellence or any Finance related area; Proven experience in managing FP&A processes and service delivery within a GBS or shared services environment; Strong background in leading global initiatives regarding process design, preferably within a multinational food or consumer goods company; 3. Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience working in a matrixed organization; Good leadership and project management skills with a track record of successfully driving process improvements; Proficiency in excel and FP&A systems (e.g. OneStream, Board, Anaplan), ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); Expertise in process automation, digital transformation, and lean methodologies is a strong asset.
