Why you should become a Travel Coordinator It's not easy to explain, but let's try to sum it up with three hashtags: #TravelTheWorld #MeetCoolPeople #PersonalGrowth We are a community of passionate travellers , in love with the world and always eager to meet new people. Travel Coordinators wear the WeRoad t-shirt only once or twice per year , leading small groups of travellers around the world. The rest of the year, they live their normal lives — with normal jobs, studies, or projects. But when they travel with us, something special happens. Each trip is the chance to create connections, discover new cultures, and share unforgettable experiences with strangers who often become friends. The greatest satisfaction? It usually comes on the very last day of the trip , when you look around and realise that a group of strangers has become a small community. What does a Travel Coordinator do?
