Growth Lead

**WHO WE ARE** Jampp is a programmatic advertising platform used by the most ambitious companies to accelerate their mobile businesses. Founded in 2013, Jampp leverages machine learning, creative optimization, and proprietary advertising solutions to drive incremental growth for leading mobile advertisers such as Uber, Just Eat [](http://takeaway.com/), FREENOW, Rappi, and BIGO Live. We’ve experienced tremendous growth over the past years: from expanding our global footprint to 10+ countries and building a team of 100+ mobile experts, to becoming part of the **Affle Group, a fast-growing AdTech company that successfully launched its IPO in 2019 and owns multiple industry-leading platforms, including Appnext, mDSP, mediasmart, Newton, RevX, Ultra, and YouAppi, in addition to Jampp**. **Today, Jampp** is consistently ranked as a top mobile performance partner by the industry’s leading MMPs, featured across 10 categories of Singular’s ROI Index and listed as a top-10 performer in AppsFlyer’s Performance Index. **THE GROWTH TEAM** We are looking for an outstanding **Growth Lead** to lead our Growth team. The Growth team is responsible for defining and executing advanced performance strategies to help mobile companies achieve their growth goals by continuously iterating and running A/B experiments on key campaign components such as audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and more. The team works closely with **Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Tech** to improve campaign performance and advertiser outcomes. As Growth Lead, you will own the region’s performance strategy, prioritize accounts and opportunities, and connect business needs with Product priorities. You will combine hands-on campaign management with strategic leadership, guiding the team toward scalable and sustainable growth. You will lead and mentor a team of Growth Analysts while staying close to execution, ensuring best practices, strong analytical rigor, and high performance standards across campaigns. You will help the team troubleshoot complex performance and technical challenges, turning insights from daily operations into experiments, Product feedback, and scalable best practices. As part of the **Product organization**, you will bring a critical perspective on advertisers, campaign challenges, and growth opportunities. You will work closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand business needs, and partner with Product and Tech to translate those needs into clear priorities and actionable solutions. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** - Own Growth’s performance strategy for the region, setting regional priorities and action plans to improve campaign quality, advertiser results, and sustainable growth. - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Growth Analysts, helping them prioritize their work, strengthen their technical and analytical skills, and take ownership of results. - Stay close to campaign execution, managing strategic accounts when needed and guiding the team through optimization, experimentation, and complex troubleshooting. - Monitor regional and account performance, using SQL, BI tools, and campaign data to identify risks, investigate root causes, and make informed decisions. - Connect business needs with Product priorities. Bring insights from advertisers and campaigns to Product, help prioritize opportunities, and follow through on solutions with the team. - Act as the link between the region business needs and Product priorities. Stay close to new Product developments, identify opportunities to test them across regional campaigns, and provide structured feedback based on performance results and the team’s experience. - Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand advertiser objectives, align on account priorities, and build plans for retention and growth. - Define and prioritize A/B experiments across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and other campaign components. Turn validated results and recurring insights into best practices and Product feedback. - Identify opportunities to improve Growth’s processes, reporting, and workflows, including the use of automation and AI tools. 🤚 This isn’t an exhaustive list. At Jampp, we believe in autonomy and look for people who spot opportunities for improvement and take the initiative to make them happen. **WHAT WE LOOK FOR** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field. - At least **5 years of experience** in performance advertising, AdTech, or growth, with hands-on ownership of campaign strategy, optimization, and results.
