A small sensor on the wall detects falls and tracks sleep, health and wellness, with no cameras, wearables or pendants. There is nothing to charge and nothing to remember. Families get peace of mind. Older adults keep their independence and their dignity. We are the Oura for seniors and health, and the category is ours to define. Why now Pontosense technology is already live in 24 countries, and Silvie is our first consumer brand. Silvie launches nationally in January 2027, and demand will build fast. What people find when they search for us, and what happens next, is your job. The role You own growth for Silvie. Search, answer engines, the website, conversion, publications and the channels that bring people to us and turn them into customers. You decide what we test, you read the numbers, and you act on them. You report to the CEO and work closely with our Head of Brand and Marketing, so what the brand promises and what the funnel delivers are the same thing. What you'll own Search and answer engines: SEO and AEO, so Silvie is the answer when someone asks how to keep a parent safe at home The website: what people see, what they understand, and whether they buy Conversion: the funnel from first visit to first sensor in a home, measured and improving every week Publications and PR: the placements and stories that bring the right people to us Experiments: what we test, what we learn, and what we scale The numbers: traffic, conversion, cost per customer, and what to do about each What year one looks like Silvie ranks and gets cited for the questions our buyers actually ask The January launch traffic converts, and we know exactly how well Cost per customer is known, tracked and coming down A steady stream of coverage in the places our buyers read A testing rhythm the whole company can see How we work Build it right, then make it better. People's safety rides on what we ship, so we test hard and never settle for good enough. Say it as it is. Kind and direct, at every level, including the CEO. Real impact. There is more room to make a difference here than at a company ten times our size. Do what you said. Trust is built on follow-through, and we return it with real ownership. Hard, and worth it. What we build keeps someone's parent safe at home. Rest well, it's part of the job. This is for you if You have grown something from the numbers up, and you can show the numbers You've grown a consumer brand (DTC or e-commerce), and you run paid social, email/SMS and conversion yourself You are as comfortable in analytics as you are in a headline You would rather run the test than debate it You want to build the growth engine, not maintain one This isn't for you if You want a playbook. You'll be writing ours You need a big team around you to get things done You want to report on growth rather than drive it What you get A sensor for your parents, on us Direct access to the leadership team.
