You’ll build and optimise workflows, audience segments, nurture flows and lifecycle communication, while using data and customer behaviour to understand what works and where we can improve. The role goes beyond HubSpot, though. You’ll work across different marketing areas and collaborate closely with Content, Design, Sales, RevOps and other teams to get initiatives from idea to execution. **What you’ll be doing** Your responsibilities will include: - Plan and execute lifecycle and growth marketing campaigns across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention. - Build, manage and optimise automated customer journeys, workflows and nurture flows in HubSpot. - Translate marketing strategy, audience insights and business priorities into campaigns and communication. - Work with segmentation and customer data to make communication more relevant and timely. - Test and improve messaging, journeys and campaigns based on performance and customer behaviour. - Track key funnel metrics and use insights to continuously improve activities. - Work across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Content and Design to take initiatives from idea through to execution. - Explore how automation and AI can improve our marketing workflows and customer communication. **What we’re looking for** We imagine you have experience within growth, lifecycle, CRM or marketing automation and are used to taking marketing initiatives from idea to execution. More specifically, we’re looking for someone with: - 4+ years of relevant marketing experience. - Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform – ideally including workflows, segmentation, lifecycle communication and campaign execution. - Experience planning and executing lifecycle, CRM, demand generation or growth marketing activities. - A good understanding of customer journeys, audience segmentation and the acquisition funnel. - Confidence working with data and using performance insights to improve campaigns and journeys. - Experience working across different marketing disciplines and with stakeholders across the business. - Strong project management skills and the ability to keep several initiatives moving at the same time. - Excellent Danish and English communication skills. Beyond your experience, we’re looking for someone who is hands-on, structured and comfortable moving between different areas of marketing. You don’t need to be the specialist in everything, but you should be comfortable getting into the details and making things happen. **Nice to have** It’s a plus, but not a requirement, if you have experience with: - B2B, SaaS or marketplace businesses. - In-product communication or customer onboarding journeys. - AI tools and automation within marketing workflows. - Additional European languages, particularly German. **Why join AutoProff?** At AutoProff, you’ll become part of an international company that is changing the way used cars are traded across Europe. You’ll work with colleagues across countries and functions in an environment where there is room to take ownership, share ideas and influence how we do things. We move quickly, work closely together and value people who are comfortable taking responsibility while also asking for input when needed. As part of AutoScout24 Group, we combine the pace and hands-on environment of AutoProff with the opportunities and international reach of one of Europe’s leading automotive marketplaces. For this role in particular, you’ll join at a time when we’re building our Growth Marketing setup, giving you the opportunity to help shape how we work with lifecycle marketing, automation and customer journeys going forward. **Ready to join us?** If this sounds like an opportunity you’d like to explore, we’d like to hear from you. We review applications on an ongoing basis and may close the position once we have found the right candidate. **About AutoProff** AutoProff was founded in Denmark in 2013 with one goal: to make B2B used-car trading simpler and more efficient through digital solutions.
