Job description
# Who We Are:
Power Digital is an AI-Native Growth Firm built at the intersection of world-class talent and proprietary technology. We help leading and emerging brands grow by combining deep vertical expertise, strategic thinking, and enterprise intelligence to drive measurable business outcomes.
For more than a decade, we have built our business around one belief: the best technology makes great people better. Our teams of strategists, creatives, analysts, and technologists use Omega, our AI operating system, to surface opportunities faster, investigate what is driving performance, and execute approved work with greater speed and precision. Behind Omega is Iris, our proprietary intelligence layer, built on years of real performance data, strategic frameworks, testing, and learnings from across our client portfolio. AI expands the capacity of our people to think, create, solve harder problems, and make better decisions. Human judgment, creativity, and accountability remain central to how we work.
As a people-first firm, we value diversity in backgrounds and experiences. We strongly believe our people and culture are key to our success. We partner closely with our clients as an extension of their teams, working across strategy, execution, and measurement to identify what is truly blocking growth and determine what to do next. Our culture is built on people who are curious, ambitious, accountable, and committed to delivering meaningful results for our clients and for one another.
At Power Digital, we believe the future belongs to teams that combine the best talent with the best technology. We are building that future today.

**A day in the life:**
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution behind the integrated marketing campaigns that fuel Cardinal’s pipeline. You’ll architect full-funnel initiatives, from webinars and events to reports and eBooks, then lead cross-functional teams to bring each campaign to life with cohesive messaging and high-impact creative. Daily, you’ll monitor performance, optimize in real time, and ensure that every channel works together to generate high-quality leads. You’ll collaborate closely with internal contributors and contractors, keeping projects on track and jumping in to execute when needed. This is a role for someone who moves fast, thinks big, and owns outcomes end to end.
**Responsibilities:**
- **Campaign Strategy & Planning**
- Build full-funnel campaign strategies for major launches (webinars, in-person events, eBooks, reports).
- Define audiences, messaging, channel mix, goals, and success metrics.
- Develop campaign plans and timelines aligned with growth and revenue priorities.
- **Integrated Activation**
- Lead cross-channel execution across email, paid media, social, and web.
- Create creative briefs and coordinate with design, copy, video, paid, and email teams.
- Ensure campaigns land with cohesive messaging, strong creative, and clear CTAs.
- **Performance & Optimization**
- Monitor performance and identify what’s working, what’s not, and why.
- Optimize live campaigns—messaging, audience, UX, offers, funnel flow.
- Build testing plans and share insights to improve results continually.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Manage internal contributors and contractors, ensuring deadlines and quality.
- Step in to execute when needed—no ego, high ownership.
- 12-Month Success Indicators
- Launch 6–8 major campaigns that generate a measurable pipeline.
- Improve conversion rates across key funnel stages.
- Build a campaign playbook and reporting cadence.
- Elevate the quality and cohesion of Cardinal’s thought leadership.
**Role Requirements:**
- Data-driven, audience-obsessed growth marketer.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
- Strong communicator across creative and performance teams.
- Obsessed with iteration—never settles for “good enough.”
- Strong collaborator who gets the best from teammates and contractors.
- Bias toward action and proactive problem-solving.
- 5–7 years in B2B growth, demand gen, or integrated marketing (agency/professional services a plus).
- Demonstrated success running multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns with measurable results.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and webinar tools.
- Deep understanding of digital channels and how they work together.
- Ability to write or refine campaign copy (emails, landing pages, ads).
- Strong analytical skills: reporting, performance diagnosis, and conversion optimization.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced environments with high standards.
