Growth Marketing Manager, B2C

Job description

**About us** We are [Digital Science](https://www.digital-science.com/) and we are advancing the research ecosystem. We are a pioneering technology company, and our vision is of a future where a trusted and collaborative research ecosystem drives progress for all. We believe in better, open, collaborative and inclusive research. In creating the next generation of tools and working in partnership with the community we tackle some of the biggest challenges to research. In order to achieve our vision, we need innovative, inspiring and dynamic people to join our team. Want to join us? **Your new role -** We're looking for a commercially-minded, full-stack Growth Manager to own acquisition and revenue growth across Overleaf & Readcube. This is a hands-on role: you'll direct our performance marketing agency (Cream) across Google Search, PMax, Meta and programmatic, while personally running our affiliate, referral and influencer programmes end to end. You live and breathe CAC:LTV, every channel, campaign and dollar of spend is judged against it; working in lockstep with our senior growth and commercial analyst to make sure tracking, attribution and reporting are airtight. You'll operate across the full acquisition mix, balancing agency-managed paid channels with in-house owned programmes, and you're equally comfortable setting strategy and getting into the weeds of campaign execution.
