**Growth Operations Intern** **Location:** Bay Area, CA (Remote/ Hybrid / Onsite) **Duration:** 3-6 months internship (with possible extension) **About Us** We are building a next-generation **AI infrastructure platform** that helps developers and companies train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models at scale. Our platform provides **high-performance GPU computing, scalable AI infrastructure, and developer-friendly tools** that make it easier to build and run AI applications. We work with AI startups, developers, and research teams pushing the boundaries of AI. **The Role** We are looking for a **Growth Operations Intern** to help drive user growth and engagement for our AI platform. You will work at the intersection of **growth, product, and operations**, helping us attract new users, improve onboarding, and increase user retention through data-driven experiments and community engagement. This role is ideal for students interested in **AI startups, growth strategy, developer platforms, or data-driven product growth**. **What You'll Do** - Help design and execute **user acquisition campaigns** to attract new developers and AI teams - Assist with **user onboarding and activation programs** - Support **user engagement and retention initiatives**, including referral programs and community activities - Analyze growth metrics such as **user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement** - Build simple reports or dashboards to track growth performance - Work with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding and user experience - Collect feedback from developers and identify opportunities to improve the platform **What We're Looking For** - Currently pursuing a **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.** - Strong interest in **AI, startups, or developer platforms** - Analytical mindset and ability to work with data - Comfortable using **Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools** - Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally **Nice to Have** - Experience with **growth, marketing, or community operations** - Familiarity with **AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)** - Basic knowledge of **SQL, Python, or data analysis** - Interest in **AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud platforms** **Why Join Us** - Work closely with engineers and product leaders building **real-world AI infrastructure** - Gain hands-on experience in **AI platform growth and startup operations** - Be part of a fast-moving **AI startup environment**
