Growth Sales Executive — SMB, Dental

Job description

**Growth Sales Executive — SMB** Endeavor is not a big company. We are a small team doing big things — signing implant groups, full arch centers, oral surgery practices, DSOs, and multi-site groups, and expanding into new healthcare verticals at a pace most companies our size are not moving at. This is not a corporate sales role and you are not a number here. You will know the founders, sit in the meetings and see the direct impact of what you do. What we are doing is helping patients access care they could not afford otherwise. If that resonates, keep reading. Read more about our recent investment from the Dental Innovation Alliance [here](https://www.dialliance.com/post/dia-backs-endeavor-health-ai-powered-patient-financing-platform-transforming-access-to-dental-care). **More about Endeavor** Endeavor is building the financial infrastructure that helps healthcare providers offer better payment options to their patients. Today, accessing healthcare financing is fragmented across lenders, workflows, and systems. Endeavor brings that experience into one platform—helping practices match patients with financing options, manage the process from application through funding, and ultimately make more treatment accessible. Our platform is already used by large dental and medical groups and integrates directly with multiple lenders and financial partners. **What you will do** - Source and close SMB practices and smaller, multi-site groups across dental, vision, derm, and other healthcare verticals as we expand - Work implant, full arch, OMS, perio, and multi-specialty practices - Own your pipeline end to end — prospecting, outreach, demos, close, and handoff - Keep CRM updated, manage your own sequences, and pull your own lists — you do not need someone to build the infrastructure around you - Represent Endeavor at conferences, industry events, and trade shows - Bring new ideas and new relationships to the team proactively - Report directly to the founder and work alongside a tight team across sales, CS, engineering and product **What we are looking for** - Relationships inside dental or adjacent healthcare markets a plus - High activity, high urgency mentality - Comfortable building pipeline from scratch with minimal hand-holding - Knows how to work the tools — CRM, outreach sequences, LinkedIn, list building — you are self-sufficient operationally - Conference presence — you know how to work a room and you possess the important ability to follow up - Outcome-based mindset — you want upside because you believe in where this is going - Startup mentality — you will wear more hats than your title suggests and that motivates you **Why Endeavor** You will not get lost here. You will know what is happening, why decisions are being made, and how your work connects to the bigger picture. We are looking for people who want to help build this, not just ride it.
