GTM Engineer

Job description

## **About Edra** Edra is solving one of the hardest problems in enterprise AI: AI models are generic but company processes are specific. We build AI agents that learn how processes actually run, and then run their operations. We're a Series A startup, backed by Sequoia and other leading VC firms, led by Co-Founders who created and led Forward Deployed AI Engineering at Palantir, and we're growing our team in New York and London. We're a deeply technical team of engineers, AI researchers, and strategists with a high bar for talent and a shared belief that exceptional people are the foundation of everything great we'll build. ## **The Role** We're looking for our first GTM Engineer to build and run the plays that generate qualified pipeline for Edra. As we add AEs and grow the commercial team, you'll help us figure out what works and make it repeatable across the team. You'll combine commercial judgment with technical execution: identify which accounts to go after, find a reason they should care, build the campaign, and generate qualified opportunities through close coordination with BD/AEs. You'll own the day-to-day execution and keep improving results as you learn. The initial focus is on Enterprises. You'll report into GTM and work closely with AEs, other members of the GTM team, and GTM Ops. ## **What You'll Do** - **Develop and test new plays.** Use customer conversations, account data, market signals, and seller feedback to decide who to target, why they should care, and what to test. - **Build reusable systems.** Automate account sourcing, enrichment, prioritization, and outreach triggers. Connect data, CRM, and campaign tools through APIs, AI, and workflows the whole team can use. - **Launch and run campaigns.** Write messaging, build sequences, and own execution. Keep audiences current, monitor deliverability and responses, troubleshoot issues, and ensure follow-up happens. - **Coordinate with sales.** Agree on calls, introductions, and personalized outreach with AEs and BDRs before launch. Triage replies and hand off interested prospects with account context and clear next steps. - **Improve results and scale what works.** Track campaigns through qualified opportunities and revenue. Refine targeting, messaging, offers, and timing; expand successful plays and stop weak ones. Share weekly results and document what the team can repeat. ## **What We’re Looking For** - **You bring 5+ years in growth, demand generation, GTM engineering, or a related role**, including hands-on ownership of pipeline generation for enterprise SaaS or AI. - **You’ve built a pipeline generation program from the ground up.** You’ve defined audiences, developed messaging, launched campaigns across multiple channels, and scaled successful plays into repeatable sources of qualified opportunities. - **You’ve built and maintained systems that drive GTM productivity.** You’re hands-on with APIs, webhooks, automation, and scripting, and can explain the trade-offs behind what you built, bought, or simplified. You reduce manual work and streamline workflows to maximize the time GTM teams spend with prospects and customers. - **You bring strong commercial judgment and writing.** You understand enterprise buying groups, identify credible reasons to engage, and develop outreach around the problems different stakeholders care about. - **You’ve deployed AI workflows used in day-to-day GTM execution**, such as account research, enrichment, prioritization, or personalization, with clear ways to check quality and handle errors. - **You can demonstrate business impact.** You can walk us through pipeline generated, conversion improvements, and the decisions you made to expand successful programs or stop ineffective ones. - **You lead the work independently.** You set priorities with GTM leadership, coordinate sellers and Ops, and stay accountable from the initial idea through results. Don’t meet all of the above traits? We’d still love to hear from you. We’re looking for exceptional people with unique skills and interests, and we know that great people have different backgrounds and skillsets. ## **Learn More About Edra** - [Watch our Series A announcement video](https://www.linkedin.com/posts/eugen-alpeza_at-palantir-yannis-and-i-spent-years-doing-activity-7440038397383032832-Di8f?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAABJB3z0BkalWJ3s4sVxB7Gz6TE_b-i8IMto) - [Read our blog post from our launch](https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/edra-out-stealth-edra-ai-wecqe/) - [Learn more about what we're building](https://x.com/edra_ai/status/2034268633308742073) - [Our founders point of view on the market](https://x.com/EugenAlpeza/status/2104936003282546913?s=20) ## **Compensation & Benefits** Edra offers generous compensation and benefits in both New York & London: - Competitive base salary & meaningful equity - Top tier health, dental, & vision plans: - Top plans with 100% premium coverage in the US (and a One Medical membership) - Private medical & dental coverage in the UK - Flexible paid time off - Lunch provided in office most days, snacks & drinks too - A stipend to set up your workspace ## **A Few Details** We work together in person five days a week from our offices in the West Village (New York) and Holborn (London).
