City/State South Boston, VA Work Shift Rotating Overview: Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital is hiring a Guest Relations Representative The Guest Relations Representative is a liaison between patients, families, visitors, and hospital and medical team members. Responsible for providing a welcoming and genuine environment and address concerns to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for patients. Will also cross train on the switchboard. Flexi schedule - will be asked to work varying shifts on rotating days and hours (days, evenings, nights). Minimum 8 hours per week.
