What you’ll do… Simply put - you’re the face of our guests’ experience and you bring your own flavour to their table, making sure that from the moment they arrive to when they leave, they’re having a great time. Work with the F&B team in keeping things running smoothly. Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. Provide a genuinely welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, from a Hox welcome, to handling any questions and helping out with requests. Anticipate needs and proactively provide solutions so that our guests’ expectations are not only met but exceeded. What we’re looking for… Individuals. The Hoxton, Bengaluru City We are looking for a Guest Service Associate, F&B Service (Order Taker) to join our dynamic team for The Hoxton Bengaluru City. The Hoxton is opening its very first neighbourhood hotel in Asia, coming to India’s Bengaluru city centre in 2026. This is a major milestone for the brand as it ventures into a new continent entirely and we are now looking for a brilliant leadership team to help bring this lifestyle brand to the market. Located in the heart of the city centre, The Hoxton, Bengaluru City will bring its undeniable brand DNA and guest experience to India’s “Silicon Valley”, a high-tech city filled with parks and gardens and known for its vibrant cafe and pub culture - very apt for a brand that was founded in London! The hotel will feature 149 bedrooms in a variety of The Hoxton’s well-loved room categories and the lobby will have a vibrant all-day dining restaurant & bar.
