Key Responsibilities: ● Lead,design and implement secure, automated CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments. ● Establish rigorous approval workflows and ensure smooth deployment processes. ● Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across any major cloud provider like AWS, Azure, and GCP (primarily AWS & Azure). ● Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to support high-scale and auto-scaling deployments. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and ensure project success. ● Implement best practices in cloud security, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure reliability. Required Skills And Qualifications: ● Strong understanding of Git workflows. ● Extensive Expertise In DevSecOps Methodologies, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Implementation. ● Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack. ● Lead efforts in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes, including multi-cluster and hybrid deployments. ● Hands-on exposure with static application security testing (SAST) and dynamic application security testing (DAST) , container scanning, software composition analysis, IaC Scanning, etc. ● Expertise In Deploying Cloud Technologies Utilizing IaaS And PaaS Components. ● Demonstrated Ability To Deliver Projects On Time And With Exceptional Quality, Prioritizing Efficiency And Efficacy. ● Advanced proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC and configuration management tools. ● Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, or Go. ● Understanding of different types of Deployment Methodologies. ● Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology, with preference given to exposure In the scrum process. Additional Requirements: ● Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, With the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. ● Proven problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset, capable of navigating complex challenges with poise and creativity. ● Commitment to staying updated on Emerging Technologies and Industry Trends, Driving continuous innovation and improvement within the organization. ● Define and implement the organization's DevOps roadmap, aligning with business goals and evolving industry standards. ● Lead and mentor a team of Junior DevOps Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. ● Hands-on exposure on Harness CI/CD is nice to have skill
