**Job Title:** Head & Neck Sonographer – Weekend Shifts **Location:** West Midlands **Working Pattern:** Saturday and Sunday (hours may vary depending on service needs) **Role Overview:** We are seeking experienced Head & Neck Sonographers to join a well-regarded NHS service in the West Midlands for weekend shifts. You will work independently delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging over the weekend, supporting patient care and service continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform a wide range of head and neck ultrasound examinations to a high standard. - Accurately report findings and make appropriate referrals when necessary. - Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety during all examinations. - Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of weekend ultrasound services. **Requirements:** - HCPC registration. - Minimum of 6 months’ NHS experience (applications without this will be automatically rejected). - Proven competency in head and neck sonography. - Ability to work independently during weekend shifts. - Strong communication and patient-care skills. **Benefits:** - Weekend working opportunity with supportive team environment. - Experience working across a varied case mix in a respected NHS service.
