Head of Acquisition

Job description

Who we are Duelbits is a crypto-native entertainment platform spanning casino and sportsbook. Built for players who live online and move fast, we operate at the intersection of crypto culture, gaming, and internet entertainment. Our acquisition engine is central to how we scale. It combines affiliates, paid media, SEO, creators, and emerging Web3 channels to drive high-value player growth globally. We're fully remote, performance-driven, and built on speed, ownership, and execution. What we're looking for We're hiring a Head of Acquisition to own and scale Duelbits' always-on acquisition channels: affiliates, paid media, SEO, and emerging Web3 channels. This is a senior, commercially accountable role with direct responsibility for FTD growth, eCPA efficiency, and early-lifecycle player value across these channels. You'll build an engine that delivers consistent, predictable volume every week and scales without losing efficiency. That means unit economics that stay healthy as spend increases, no dangerous dependence on any single channel or partner, and players who stick around. You'll work closely with our Streamer Manager, CRM, VIP, Social, Product, and Partnerships to make sure acquisition performs as one joined-up system and feeds high-quality players into the broader lifecycle, from first touch to long-term value. What you'll be doing Always-On Strategy & Channel Ownership Define and execute acquisition strategy across affiliates, paid media, SEO, and Web3-native channels. Build an always-on foundation that delivers a stable, growing FTD baseline. Own and dynamically allocate budgets based on eCPA, incremental return, LTV:CAC, and market opportunity. Build a diversified channel mix that reduces dependency on any single channel or partner and supports sustainable growth. Use the sports fixture calendar to keep acquisition relevant week to week. Identify and test emerging platforms relevant to crypto-native and digitally native audiences. Work with Product to optimise onboarding, landing pages, and conversion flows. Scalable Systems & Operating Cadence Build the infrastructure, playbooks, and processes that let acquisition scale without growing cost or complexity at the same rate. Establish a clear operating rhythm: daily pacing, weekly optimisation, monthly budget reallocation. Introduce automation and AI tooling for bidding, alerting, reporting, and creative testing. Create repeatable frameworks for launching new channels, markets, and partners. Affiliate Programme Ownership Own the affiliate programme end to end: onboarding, negotiation, optimisation, and performance management. Structure and optimise commission models (CPA, rev share, hybrid) based on player value and long-term profitability. Manage affiliate platforms and ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting. Build and maintain relationships with high-performing affiliate partners. Monitor affiliate activity for brand and regulatory compliance. Paid Media, SEO & Performance Marketing Oversee all paid acquisition channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic, display, and others). Own SEO strategy as a long-term, compounding organic channel. Own attribution infrastructure and cross-channel tracking (Voluum or equivalent). Drive continuous testing across creatives, targeting, and conversion funnels. Manage agency and partner performance against ROI targets. Navigate crypto-related advertising constraints and build durable, scalable solutions. Creator & Streamer Collaboration Work closely with the Streamer Manager so creator activity and always-on channels reinforce each other. Make sure creator and streamer traffic is tracked and attributed consistently within the wider acquisition reporting. Align on budget, eCPA benchmarks, and player quality so performance can be compared fairly across channels. Support campaigns and tentpole moments by making sure always-on channels are ready to capture the demand they create. Revenue & Commercial Accountability Own the always-on acquisition P&L, delivering against FTD, eCPA, payback, and revenue targets. Forecast channel performance and track against KPIs on an ongoing basis. Produce structured reporting on performance and strategic outlook. Work with Finance on reconciliation of affiliate, media, and partner costs. Leadership & Team Development Lead and scale a high-performing team across affiliates, paid media, SEO, and analytics. Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability frameworks. Build a team and structure that can grow with the business, rather than relying on individual heroics. Establish strong cross-functional alignment and reporting. Stakeholder & Market Alignment Provide data-driven insight on performance, market trends, and competitive positioning. Present acquisition strategy and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Collaborate across the Streamer Manager, CRM, VIP, Social, and Product to align acquisition with lifecycle performance. What you bring Core Capability 5+ years in acquisition, growth roles with a crypto native iGaming brand A proven track record scaling always-on acquisition across affiliates, paid media, and organic channels, while keeping unit economics healthy.
