Head of Creatives

Job description

About Us: We are a highly profitable, fast-scaling cybersecurity company doing mid 6-figure monthly revenues. Our current 100% focus is on our US mobile app, Control Plus, which protects consumers from scam calls, texts, and automates data broker removal. Operating on a strict direct-sale model (no freemium, no trials), we drive paid traffic (primarily Meta ads) directly into high-converting web funnels to sell premium annual subscriptions. The Role: We are looking for a hands-on Head of Creatives to own the creative process from idea to final asset. Your role will be to turn audience insights, performance data, and creative trends into concepts worth testing — then take those ideas through scripts, briefs, production, and iteration. You’ll work closely with designers and video editors, lead the creative production team, and make sure we continuously improve what we put in front of our audience. This is not a purely strategic or managerial role. You’ll be deeply involved in the creative process yourself, while also building the team and processes needed to scale production. What You Will Do: Own the Creative Direction: Build and maintain a strong backlog of creative concepts based on competitor research, audience insights, trends, and performance data. Drive Creative Testing: Analyse testing results and performance data to understand what works, iterate on existing concepts, and identify new opportunities to test. Lead Production: Lead the creative production team and coordinate external creative agencies, keeping the process efficient from ideation and briefing to production and iteration. Build the Team: Help grow and develop the creative team as the company scales — we plan to stay lean, with a focused team of 4–5 people at scale. Improve the Workflow: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the creative process and make production faster and more effective. Turn Ideas Into Assets : Our short-term target is around 40 new creatives per week, so volume and speed matter as much as quality. Who You Are: A Hands-On Creative Leader: You are senior enough to own the creative direction and lead a team, but you still enjoy being close to the work — developing concepts, writing scripts, reviewing creatives, and shaping the final assets. A Strong Creative Thinker: You can spot interesting ideas, understand what makes people pay attention, and turn those insights into clear concepts and actionable briefs. A Collaborative Leader: You know how to work effectively with designers, video editors, agencies, and other stakeholders while keeping the creative process moving. Experienced in Performance Marketing: You have 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing and hands-on experience developing performance creatives from concept to final asset. Performance-Minded: You're comfortable producing around 40 creatives per week and know how to build a system for constant testing and iteration. Nice to Have: Experience with direct-sale web2web funnels (no trials, no freemium), where creatives need to drive immediate purchase of an annual subscription. What We Offer: A highly competitive base salary. An uncapped performance bonus structure tied directly to the revenue targets you hit. Fully remote flexibility. Health insurance and other benefits. A team of 'A-players' who want to scale this beyond 8 figures/month.
