A Swiss Federal Diploma as a Finance and Accounting Expert or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, ACCA) diploma is a strong asset.Experience: 10+ years of experience in finance, ideally with a background in an audit firm (Big 4) followed by successful corporate experience in a financial management position. Your Mission
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance Operations to join our Finance team in Lausanne and play a key role in driving financial performance, strengthening financial controls, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Main Accountabilities
CFO Support
- Support the CFO on day-to-day finance operations
- Work closely with the department managers
- Provide financial expertise, challenge, and support on complex or cross-functional topics
- Ensure key finance matters are followed through and appropriately escalated when required
- Provide the CFO with relevant financial insights, analysis, and recommendations
- Support the CFO with ad hoc projects and analysis
Financial Governance, Controls & Compliance
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance across the organization
- Develop and drive necessary financial policies & procedures, and internal controls
- Monitor internal controls to ensure appropriate compliance with Group policies and procedures
- Coordinate and support external audits and act as a key contact for auditors and advisors, ensure appropriate follow-up
- Support tax, regulatory, and corporate finance matters, including filing of tax returns
- Identify financial and compliance risks and ensure appropriate follow-up
Financial Performance & Business Support
- Support the preparation of the annual financial statements and annual report
- Provide business partnering support to local and international markets
- Work closely with the FP&A Manager to support financial performance and business decision-making
- Contribute to financial analysis and identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure financial considerations are appropriately reflected in key decisions
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Work closely with the Accounting Manager on accounting, closing, reporting, and consolidation matters
- Support the coordination of financial operations, including A/R and A/P, and treasury
- Provide support and challenge on complex financial matters
Process & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, controls, systems, and ways of working
- Support the Finance Managers in implementing improvements and scalable processes
- Coordinate cross-functional finance projects where required
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. A Swiss Federal Diploma as a Finance and Accounting Expert or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA, ACCA) diploma is a strong asset.
