We are looking for a
Head of Logistics
who will architect, build, and scale a world-class logistics operation in a fast-growing global trading company.
You are comfortable being deep in operations while simultaneously building strategy, structure, and scalability. You don’t choose between hands-on execution and long-term thinking: you do both.
This is a build role. You take full ownership of end-to-end logistics. You design the structure, upgrade the team, implement scalable systems, and turn logistics into a competitive advantage.
This role is hands-on. You lead from the front, solve problems yourself, and set the execution standard.
You are part of the Management Team, operating at the center of the business and directly contributing to company-wide success.
About the role and key responsibilities
Your mission is to build and scale a high-performance logistics organization that enables commercial growth.
Your main responsibilities include:
Own and run end-to-end
logistics
operations
Architect and build a scalable
logistics
organization
Assess team capacity and upgrade where needed
Build a self-sufficient, high-performance team
Implement smart processes, systems, and automation
Continuously ask:
what can be
improved ,
simplified
or
automated?
Drive cost efficiency and operational reliability
Ensure full shipment visibility and control
Build strong relationships with suppliers and carriers
Enable the commercial team

Set up dashboards, KPIs, and performance tracking

Your profile
What you bring
7–10 years of experience in
logistics
or supply chain
At least 3–5 years in a leadership role
(Lead, Manager, or Head of)
Fluency in English;
additional
languages are a plus
Proven ability to build and scale teams into self-sufficient units
Strong architect mindset

Process and systems thinker
Strong focus on automation and smart ways of working
Comfortable being deep in operations while simultaneously building strategy, structure, and scalability
