Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with DNUK's growth objectives and the wider M3 Group strategy. Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to define go-to-market strategy and growth opportunities across both member and commercial audiences. Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, manage marketing budget allocation, and demonstrate ROI to internal stakeholders, including C-suite audiences.
