You are expected to be the local face of our proposition both internally and externally. You challenge the team members and support them by facilitating an environment where all team members can get the best out of themselves in terms of their professional career and growth as well as deliverables for the clients. **WHAT IS NEARSHORE** Our clients sit in the UK & Ireland, Benelux and DACH. Our Media talent doesn't have to. Nearshore is how we bring the two together: teams based in Spain, Croatia, North Macedonia and Hungary, embedded directly into client projects and working side by side with colleagues in the client's home market. Same teams, same standards, same ambition, just a smarter mix of locations. Today that's around 65 Media specialists, and we're scaling fast. You'll lead that growth: building the team, shaping the most efficient staffing model together with our onshore Heads of Media, and putting nearshore talent firmly on the map across EMEA. This isn't a back-office. It's where a growing share of our best Media work gets made, and you'll be the one steering it. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** - Lead our nearshore Media craft teams on innovation, quality and output, and grow the team as nearshore takes on a larger share of our delivery. - Significantly grow our nearshore Media team and strengthen the structures and scalability - This is part of our strategy to significantly increase the share of work delivered by nearshore locations. - You align with the various stakeholders to balance growth of the team on one hand, and profitability in service on the other - **Happy Clients:** Ensure the technical delivery and quality of the work is on par with client expectations and integrated with the EMEA Media delivery. - **Happy DEPT®:** Seamless collaboration between your team and their respective project teams across EMEA, and align with Resource Management and EMEA leads on the allocation of resources, in order to account for healthy utilization.. - **Happy Depsters:** Ensure individual growth of your team members, and balance individual needs with organizational requirements, in order to develop the talents - and our service. - Lead complex international client projects within your specific area of expertise within Media. You deliver the work together with your team - from strategic to tactical up until operational delivery. - Actively work to enhance the visibility of our nearshore Media capabilities across EMEA, effectively putting our nearshore talent on the map. - Ensure that the Media needs are aligned with the nearshore organization, and that we are constantly synced and in mutual support. - Take an active role in continuously improving our Media proposition and identifying strategic opportunities for business growth, while pushing efficiency and effectiveness forward. **WE OFFER** - Private health insurance and access to a range of healthcare and preventive services. - Sports & cultural benefits to support your wellbeing and work-life balance. - Dog-friendly office - Hybrid working policy - A reputation for doing good. Whether big, small, local or global — at DEPT® you’ll get the opportunity to work with all of them. And we celebrate all of our successes together! - The opportunity for possibility. We want to enable you to do what you do best and help you develop your skills further with training, development and certifications. - Global annual [DEPT® Cares Month](https://www.deptagency.com/dept-cares-day-2023/) in which employees come together and donate their skills to support local charities **WHY DEPT®?** We are a Growth Invention company built to help the world’s most ambitious brands grow faster. Operating at the intersection of technology and marketing, we create what is next by pioneering ideas, acting fast, and moving further because standing still just is not in our DNA. We are drawn to people who stay curious, move with intent, and never stop inventing. Our culture runs on three values: better together, relentlessly curious, and get sh\*t done. It is how we work, how we grow, and how we make things that matter. At DEPT®, you will find the freedom to explore, the space to collaborate, and the trust to make a real impact for our clients, for each other, and for the world we are helping to build. **DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION** At DEPT®, we take pride in creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has an equal opportunity to thrive. We actively seek to recruit, develop, nurture, and retain talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, with varying skills and perspectives. Not sure you meet all qualifications? Apply, and let us decide! Research shows that women and members of underrepresented groups tend not to apply for jobs when they think they may not meet every requirement, when in fact they do. We believe in giving everyone a fair chance to shine. We also encourage you to reach out to us and discuss any reasonable adjustments we can make to support you throughout the recruitment process and your time with us.
