This role sits at the intersection of media expertise, product thinking, AI, technology and client need. Track emerging technologies, competitor platforms, client needs and market shifts, and lead the exploration and incubation of applied AI across planning, automation, activation, measurement and decisioning. • Lead and develop our product managers, maintaining a high bar across discovery, user research, prioritisation, requirements and lifecycle management. Be willing to get into the detail when it matters, interrogating a PRD, joining discovery sessions or working directly with teams to solve complex product challenges. • Create a culture of rapid experimentation before large scale investment. Develop or orchestrate lightweight prototypes including agents, notebooks, low-code or AI-assisted proofs of concept in order to test assumptions, demonstrate possibilities and accelerate learning before committing significant development resource. • Partner with the Engineering & Development lead as an equal - owning product direction, priorities, requirements and value whilst engineering owns technical architecture, engineering standards and delivery. Jointly own the outcomes of the product portfolio and create the conditions for teams to move quickly without compromising quality or scalability. Key Skills • Product Adoption & Impact (active usage, user value & measurable business/client outcomes) • Product Strategy & Roadmap (quality, prioritisation & delivery against strategic roadmap) • Product Value & Commercialisation (product revenue/margin, packaging & client adoption) • Innovation & Experimentation (validated prototypes, AI adoption & successful incubation into roadmap) • Partner Investment (SPI opportunities identified, funded & successfully translated into scalable products) • New Business Impact (tier-one pitch contribution, product differentiation & wins) • Product Integration (solutions integrated into dentsu . connect) What we offer This is a Permanent role.
