Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the company, with a view to delivering on the profit goals and core values of the business. The holder of this position will be responsible for the effective maintenance, monitoring and optimization of the tour buses, management of the ground and coach crew, daily administration of the office, coordination and oversight of ticket sales, ensuring efficient/effective operations, security administrations, supplier management, as well as the overall infrastructure support systems for exceptional customer experience. Requirements: A very good university degree in any business or social science with a minimum of 4-5 years supervisory experience in tourism, transport or related business Strong capacity to deal with non-professional staff.
