Job description
Are you ready to own the end-to-end player experience and drive growth in conversion, engagement, and retention? We are looking for a Head of Product (Growth & Experience). You will own the end-to-end player experience across app and web, driving improvements in conversion, engagement, and retention. Ensure the product (iOS, Android, web) becomes a competitive advantage by translating growth insights into product improvements that increase LTV and marketing efficiency. All you need is: Experience in product management, growth product, or UX-driven roles; Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behaviour; Data-driven, comfortable with analytics and A/B testing; Experience with mobile apps and web platforms; Ability to translate business goals into product features; Experience in betting, gaming, fintech, or high-conversion consumer apps is a plus. Your daily adventures will look like: 1. Product Ownership: Own app (iOS & Android) and website experience; Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business and growth priorities; Prioritise features based on impact on conversion, retention, and engagement; Ensure product features comply with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards. 2. Funnel & Conversion Optimisation: Improve key conversion steps: registration, KYC, first deposit; Identify friction points and lead initiatives to improve user journey performance; Work closely with Marketing to translate data into product improvements. 3. Retention & Engagement: Define and improve retention mechanics (gamification, user journeys, in-app engagement); Collaborate with Promo and CRM teams on feature-driven retention strategies; Increase user frequency and long-term value (LTV). 4. Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define product priorities based on user data, competitive benchmarking, and market trends; Ensure the product remains competitive vs leading operators in Portugal. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Brand, Tech, and Country Manager; Translate business needs into clear product requirements. 6. Delivery & Execution: Own product backlog and prioritisation; Work with tech teams and project managers to ensure timely delivery; Ensure features are delivered with clear success metrics. Key KPIs: Conversion rates (registration → deposit); App performance (install → activation → deposit); Retention and churn; User engagement (frequency, session depth); Contribution to LTV improvement. What This Role Is Not: Not a project manager; Not a technical lead; Not purely UX or design. Why you will love working here: Competitive salary; Dynamic, friendly and innovative work environment; Career growth and professional development opportunities; Hybrid work model with flexibility. And this is how our interview process goes: A 30-minute interview with a member of our HR team to get to know you and your experience; A final 2-hour interview to gauge your fit with our culture and working style. Sounds interesting? Do not hesitate to apply or contact us if you have any questions!
