## **Head of Product Marketing & Campaigns**
Do you want to connect product innovation with market execution and lead the team behind it?
Are you ready to own a GTM process, a campaign calendar across markets, and a team of four at a fast-moving B2B SaaS company?
...then you are our perfect match!
This role is remote from the US or Canada (Eastern or Central Time) and reports directly to our Marketing Director.
## **What You'll Do**
**Drive Product Marketing Maturity & GTM Execution**
- **Product Marketing Leadership:** Transform Product Marketing into a strategic engine by defining clear value props, go-to-market playbooks, and crisp customer positioning.
- **Go-To-Market Alignment:** Audit and fix current GTM gaps to ensure reliable, high-impact product launches that unify Product, Revenue, and Support teams around a shared timeline.
**Own the Campaign Calendar for our markets**
- Plan and run the campaigns that deliver our MQL targets in the growth market US as well as in the established markets Germany / Austria / Switzerland and UK.
- Prioritize and sequence campaigns and its content across channels together with your team and agency partners.
**Deliver Events That Work**
- Run online events with strong attendance and offline events that our customers rate highly.
- Make sure every event ties back to the campaign calendar and our growth targets.
**Build an Active Online & Offline Community**
- Turn customers, prospects, and advocates into passionate brand fans across both digital spaces and in-person touchpoints.
- Design programs, rituals, and peer-to-peer engagement that continuously educate, activate, and empower our community.
**Lead a Team of Four**
- Lead product marketing, content marketing, events, community and social media.
- Set clear goals, build operational workflows and develop your people.
- Manage the agency that delivers our website and graphic work, from briefing to quality review.
**Work Across Teams and Markets**
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales and Customer Support.
- Bring a US perspective into a global marketing team that also serves DACH and the UK.
## **What You'll Bring**
**Experience**
- **B2B SaaS Marketing:** You have 7 to 10 years of experience, including product marketing and GTM launches.
- **SMB Environments:** You know how to reach and convert small and mid-sized business customers.
- **People Leadership:** You have led a marketing team and know how to build workflows around it.
**Skills**
- **Strategic GTM Thinking:** You connect product strategy to market execution.
- **Hands-on Campaign Execution:** You can plan a campaign and also ship it.
- **Stakeholder Management:** You align Product, Sales and Support without friction.
- **Tools:** HubSpot is a must; the Atlassian suite is a plus.
- **Language:** Excellent written and spoken English.
**Mindset**
- **Extreme Ownership:** You take responsibility for results, not only for tasks.
- **Pragmatism:** You choose the solution that works over the one that looks perfect.
- **Finisher Mindset:** You bring projects across the line.
- **Builder Mentality:** You enjoy creating structure where none exists yet.
## **Why You’ll Love Life at GotPhoto**
- **Work Where You’re Best:** We are a remote-first organization that prioritizes impact over office hours. While our roots are international, we empower our team to design a workspace that fuels their best work—whether that’s a home office, a local café, or wherever you find your focus. You bring the talent; we provide the flexibility.
- **Work from (Almost) Anywhere:** We believe in flexibility that respects your lifestyle. You have the option to work abroad for up to 40 days per year. Whether you are visiting family or simply seeking a change of scenery, we support a work-from-anywhere culture that helps you stay inspired.
- **Recharge & Unwind:** We prioritize your well-being over a fixed tally of hours, which is why we offer a flexible, unlimited PTO policy and flexible sick days. Whether you need a long-awaited vacation, or time to recover from the unexpected, you have the autonomy to take the time you need to stay at your best.
- **Comprehensive Care:** We provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance to ensure you and your family are fully covered. We complement our core healthcare with a broad range of additional benefits, offering a mix of company-sponsored coverage and voluntary options designed to protect your income and your household.
- **Multicultural & Inclusive Team:** We thrive on diverse perspectives. Our international team fosters a culture of mutual respect and professional exchange, ensuring that fresh ideas and tolerance are at the heart of everything we build together.
- **Fuel Your Growth:** We’re big on learning. You’ll get a dedicated education budget to explore new ideas and grow professionally.
