Head of Supply Planning & Replenishment

Rohlík Group is one of Europe’s fastest-growing online grocery platforms, changing how people eat and live. Founded in 2014 in the Czech Republic, we’ve grown into a trusted brand with more than one million customers across Czechia, Hungary, Austria, Germany, and Romania. Rohlik is transforming how people buy food — faster, smarter, and with an obsession for quality. Czech Republic is our largest and most complex market, serving over a million customers across Europe. Now we’re looking for a **Head of Supply Planning & Replenishment** who will take full ownership of product availability, inventory performance, supplier reliability and automation — and lead our supply chain into its next stage of growth. ## **Why this role is exciting** - **Real impact from day one** — You’ll own the supply chain for our biggest market, directly shaping the experience of millions of customers. - **No corporate red tape** — Fast decisions, no waiting around for HQ approvals. Your good ideas will be implemented almost immediately. - **Deliberately hands-on** — You won’t just sit back and set strategy in presentations; you will build the reporting, analyze the KPIs, and actively improve how the department works. - **AI-first tech stack** — You’ll have access to top-notch tools and the freedom to use technology pragmatically to automate manual work. - **Lead from the front** — You’ll lead a tight-knit team of max 10 people. This is a role for someone who wants to make things move fast and be in the trenches with their team. - You’ll work closely with C-level leadership, Tech, Category and Operations. ## **What you’ll do** As Head of Supply Planning & Replenishment, you own the performance across all fulfillment centers and categories. We expect you to be highly independent, tech-capable, and continuously looking to improve your own knowledge. You will: - **Run the day-to-day operations:** You will lead the morning calls, dive deep into the daily metrics, and own KPIs such as availability, stock health, shrink, and OTIF. - **Lead and build the team:** Manage a small team of 8 people. You will guide and mentor them, but you are also close enough to the work to do it yourself when that is the fastest way to get things done. - **Analyze and report:** You won't wait for others to hand you insights. You will build your own reporting, analyze the KPIs, and use raw data to make smarter, faster decisions. - **Drive efficiency and automation:** Work actively with AI and modern tools to remove inefficiencies, automate ordering exceptions, and optimize how the function operates. You aren't just managing the process; you are rebuilding it to be better. - **Continuously learn:** You don't need to know everything on day one, but you must work tirelessly to acquire new knowledge, understand the tech, and improve the company. We move fast, and you will need to adapt and grow just as quickly ## **What you bring** We are not looking for decades of extensive senior leadership experience. We are looking for a sharp, driven professional who wants to build, optimize, and learn at lightning speed. You will balance strategy with hands-on execution. - **3+ years of experience in supply chain, retail, logistics, or operations.** You have the foundational knowledge of ordering, inventory management, and KPIs—and the relentless drive to learn the rest. Understanding of fresh/chilled/dry supply chains is an advantage. - **A hands-on, builder mindset.** You are as comfortable leading a team as you are diving into raw data to fix a broken process. - **Tech-capable and AI-curious.** You are highly proficient with data and eager to use AI and modern tools to automate manual work. You want to use technology to actually solve problems, not just talk about them. - **Ownership and drive.** You set baselines, take responsibility, hit deadlines, and proactively look for ways to improve yourself and your department. You believe "better done than perfect" beats waiting for the perfect slide deck. - **Languages:** Fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced English (min B2, C1 preferred). ## **What’s in it for you** - **Fair reward -** You’ll get a strong fixed salary — no bonus games, no politics. Great work is rewarded clearly and fairly. - **Good food every day -** You’ll enjoy a **free lunch every day and fresh fruit & veggies** in the office. Because good food fuels great work. - **Life, not just work -** You’ll have real flexibility – **three days in the office, 2 days Home Office** where it suits you. And **unlimited paid vacation** based on trust. - **Personal growth -** You’ll grow as fast as Rohlik does. Every challenge is a chance to learn and make an impact. - **Real impact -** What you do here matters. You’ll see your work changing how people eat and live — from day one. - **Recognition among colleagues -** Your effort won’t go unnoticed. You can recognise others (and be recognised) through peer credits to use in our internal cafeteria. - **Xtra membership -** You’ll get free Xtra membership and 10% cashback on everything you buy on [](http://Rohlik.cz). - **Sport & wellbeing -** You’ll stay active with company sports challenges or a subsidised **Multisport card**. - **A team that sticks together -** You’ll work with people who move fast, support each other and celebrate wins together. - **If this sounds like you…**You’re someone who takes ownership, acts fast and gets things done.
