Health and Safety Officer - inVision

Job description

We are seeking a **Health and Safety Specialist** to build the safety function from the ground up. You will be responsible for ensuring safe working conditions for fund employees and the safety of inVision U students (approximately 130 people) across academic buildings, laboratories, dormitories, and off-site events. This role requires autonomy and a hands-on approach. You will own the full HSE cycle — from building the regulatory framework and delivering safety trainings, to conducting facility audits, managing risks, and organizing emergency drills.
