Requirements
As a Health Coach:
- Partner with Blueprint physicians to implement personalized health plans derived from genomic, laboratory, imaging, wearable, and questionnaire data
- Conduct scheduled coaching sessions via telemedicine focused on:
- Nutrition and dietary pattern implementation
- Physical activity and exercise adherence
- Sleep optimization and circadian alignment
- Stress regulation, resilience, and recovery
- Habit formation and sustainable behavior change
- Reinforce physician recommendations while maintaining appropriate scope and escalation pathways
- Track progress, barriers, and outcomes using Blueprint’s clinical and digital tools
- Communicate regularly with physicians and Care Coordinators to ensure continuity and alignment of care
- Support longitudinal reassessment and iteration of care plans
- Document coaching interactions clearly and efficiently in the EMR or coaching platform
Clinical Integration & Quality:

Required Qualifications:
- National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC)
- Completion of an NBHWC-approved training program
- Minimum 3 years of professional health coaching experience, preferably in clinical, concierge, or integrative care settings
- Strong understanding of behavior change science, motivational interviewing, and habit formation
