Job description

Support field implementation of HES systems and programs Develop, Monitor and ensure compliance with the HES management systems. Identify HES training needs, organize and coordinate HES programs and activities Monitor and report HES performance Review and update HES practices, including emergency procedures, annually implement the emergency response program A degree in Engineering or Science, preferably Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 5 years minimum experience, or HND with a minimum of 8 years experience in HES in the oil & gas industry Excellent communication and listening strong interpersonal skills Excellent team work Knowledge of safety, health and environment management systems. Risk assessment and management Inspections and auditing Incident investigations Emergency response planning Performance metrics and indicators Training and communication methods A Product of joint ventures between public and private sector companies and is the operator of gas pipelines transporting gas across 4 countries in the West Africa sub region is looking to recruit well qualified, driven and motivated individuals to join their dynamic multi-cultural work force.
