This role partners closely with clinical, financial, operational, and data analytics teams to ensure successful program implementation, performance optimization, and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong program management, healthcare operations, and data‑driven decision‑making skills, with a deep understanding of value‑based reimbursement models and population health strategies.
