Position Details: Title: Help Desk Support Duration: 6 month (may extend) Location: Columbia Heights, MN Responsibilites: • Perform diagnostics on PC hardware failures and resolve any problems with software applications • Work closely with Helpdesk Support Technicians on support of our remote employees • Assist in inventory of our hardware supplies • Service and ship any sales laptops sent in for repair, maintenance or upgrade according to EUS standards • Maintain service levels while minimizing end user downtime with prompt response and turnaround To apply: Please contact Monil Narayan at (973)-929-3861 Since 1991, Collabera has been a leading provider of IT staffing solutions and services.
