**FII USA, Inc**., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a **Helpdesk Technician** to provide technical support and manage IT infrastructure. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the IT Department in an office environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The **Helpdesk Technician** will resolve end-user technical issues, manage system configurations, and maintain IT equipment while assisting the IT Department as needed.
