# **Core C++ Developer – Crypto High-Frequency Trading** **About Selini:** Selini is a global trading firm focused on systematic trading and venture investing. ## **Overview** We are seeking an exceptional **Core C++ Developer** to contribute to the development and optimization of our **high-performance trading systems**. This role focuses on building ultra-low-latency infrastructure, optimizing execution speed, and ensuring robust system reliability. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in **modern C/C++**, systems programming, and high-performance computing. ## **Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and optimize **low-latency, high-performance trading infrastructure** in **modern C/C++ (latest standards)**. - Implement efficient and scalable **trading algorithms, order execution, and risk management systems**. - Deep understanding of exchange connectivity standards for **market data and order entry** - Optimize **CPU performance, memory management, and multi-threaded applications**. - Collaborate with **quant researchers, traders, and infrastructure engineers** to improve system performance. - Profile, benchmark, and debug real-time systems to minimize latency and maximize throughput. - Maintain **robust and fault-tolerant** system components for **continuous trading operations**. ## **Required Qualifications** - **Expert-level proficiency in C++**, with a strong grasp of **modern C++ features (C++17/20/23/26)**. - Extensive experience in **low-latency, high-performance systems programming**. - Deep understanding of **networking (TCP/UDP), concurrency, and multi-threading**. - Strong experience in **Linux-based development** and **performance tuning**. - Experience with **real-time, high-throughput systems** where performance is critical. - Background in **crypto or traditional finance trading systems** ## **Soft Skills & Culture Fit** - Candidates with exceptional academic or industry backgrounds. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work in **high-pressure, real-time environments**. - Collaborative team player who enjoys solving **complex engineering problems**.
