Carolina Meadows is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care CNAs to provide personalized support and daily living assistance directly to residents in their independent homes on campus as needed. Key Responsibilities ◦ Provide companion care and personal care assistance in resident homes. ◦ Follow tasks outlined in individual resident care plans. ◦ Assist older adults with daily routines while preserving their independence and dignity. ◦ Communicate any client changes or health concerns promptly to management. Qualifications & Requirements ◦ Active North Carolina CNA certification. ◦ High school diploma or equivalent. ◦ Compassion, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills for working with seniors.
