Carolina Meadows is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Care Companions to provide personalized, non-medical support and daily living assistance directly to residents in their independent homes on campus. Key Responsibilities ◦ Provide companion care and personal care assistance in resident homes. ◦ Follow tasks outlined in individual resident care plans. ◦ Assist older adults with daily routines while preserving their independence and dignity. ◦ Communicate any client changes or health concerns promptly to management. Qualifications & Requirements ◦ Proven companion care experience. ◦ High school diploma or equivalent. ◦ Compassion, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication skills for working with seniors.
