Perform and document an initial exam, evaluating the data to identify problems and determine a diagnosis prior to intervention. Provide timely and accurate documentation for each visit Evaluate effects of treatment at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit Must be willing to treat geriatric patients. Preferred Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications. Home health experience is preferred but not required - We will provide you with a mentor to help with documentation and compliance.
