Position: RN - LPN Visits Job description Flexible Schedules (Create your Own). Traveling to a patient’s home to administer services. Helping patients maintain their independence. Pediatric, trach, vent, labs training offered. Administering at-home IVs Changing dressings and cleaning wounds. Updating doctors about patient’s health. Providing medical care to patients with chronic illnesses, disabilities, and injuries. Performing wound care, medication management, and disease management. Writing reports and communicating with the doctor after each visit. Full time, part time and PRN schedules available. Work in Close Proximity to your home. Patients range from pediatrics to geriatrics. Competitive Pay. Additional Information Clinical and Operational on-call to support in home field nurses. Requirements Current Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices. Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS card. One year prior Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
