Founded as Boulder Hospice in 1976, TRU Community Care is a nonprofit healthcare organization serving Boulder, Denver, and surrounding counties. With a mission to affirm life at every step of the journey with illness and loss, TRU provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care. Title: PACE Homecare CNA Pay: $23.29 to $25.40 per hour Bonus: $3,000 Location: In the community, seeing patients in their homes. Either in Boulder or Longmont areas. Schedule Options (Choose an Area first, then one of the schedules below): Longmont/East Area • Sunday–Thursday | 11am–7:30pm • Tuesday–Saturday | 11am–7:30pm Boulder/South Area • Sunday–Thursday | 11am–7:30pm • Tuesday–Saturday | 11am–7:30pm JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a friendly and skilled CNA to join our team on a full-time schedule. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with the elderly and is flexible to providing care for patients throughout Boulder, Weld and Jefferson Counties. The CNA assists participants and/or supervises with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting) as assigned in a variety of settings including the Day Center, homes, nursing facilities, and assisted livings.
